The Staff at The Academy is a very diverse group of individuals who are experienced with the fundamental understanding of truancy, social delinquency, and how to change social behavior to pro-social behavior. Our staff members possess the expertise to connect with youth and to transfer these skills to the community. The Academy has bilingual staff that are able to service the needs of our families whose primary language is not English.

All employees have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • All Clearances/Background Checks Executed Yearly
  • Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse Executed every 3 years
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Motor Vehicle Report is Reviewed Annually
  • 40 Hours of training yearly
  • Monthly Relias Online Training
